Please submit a ticket from the shift in question directly through the app. You can do so by navigating to the Profile tab, then click the gear in the upper right hand corner. Once on the account and settings page, click Payments, scroll to the shift or shop in question and click "Need Help with this Payment?" to submit a ticket.
For general payment questions, please click the ? icon on the home screen and then click "Create a Support Ticket". Please kindly remember to include all of the relevant information.
A payment specialist will review your request and reach out if additional information is needed!
