- On the home screen of the app, type in your phone number, then hit next.
- Under Sign in, press "Forgot Password".
- You will receive BOTH a text message and an email with your reset token. If you are unable to receive text messages, or are experiencing a delay in the text being sent, please check your email instead. The reset token is the same for both text and email.
- Enter the Reset token provided
- Type in your new password, and then confirm the new password again
- Press submit, and you are back in!
