Please read tips on troubleshooting for instances where the Shiftsmart app is crashing or unable to load your information.
- Make sure you have updated the latest version of the Shiftsmart app. Our team will release new features periodically, which require the newest version of the app to support.
- MOST COMMON: Ensure you are in an area with strong wifi and/or cellular data. The top reason for the application not performing well is due to poor service. If you are using wifi, you can check your internet speed by clicking here. Note that if you are using cellular data, please ensure you are in an area that is not restricted in any way.
- Check that you have enough space in your phone and delete all temporary files. If you are close to or exceeding your storage limit, the app can perform slower than usual. For instructions on how to manage storage, press here for iphones, and press here for Android.
