To request a credential reset for the survey calling role, please fill out this form. Please note these reset requests are for partners who have worked a shift with us before.
REMINDERS!
- The Dynata system usually takes three to four failed log in attempts before a successful log in. (If the system does not let you log in right away, please try rebooting, and typing in your credentials a couple of times)
- If you fill out this form, without your credentials actually needing a reset, the reset process will take longer to be completed. This is time you use to work and dial.
- After getting a reset you will have to log in to the VPN at least once every 20 days to ensure your credentials do not lock.
