You will receive a Pre-Adverse Action notice through an email sent from legal@shiftsmart.com. You will be asked to provide additional information to legal@shiftsmart.com to proceed with the request, in which our legal team will review and decide the next steps.
If you do not respond with any additional information after 7 days, you will receive a Post-Adverse action notice from Shiftsmart. As such, you will be marked ineligible in the Shiftsmart platform for roles which require a successful background check completion.
