- [FAST TEST] Please run an internet speed test at https://www.speedtest.net/ . The speed needs to be above 10mbps
- [SLOW TEST] Please run a Five9 connectivity test at https://www.five9.com/cat
- Choose the option for remote agents
- Use client name: Shiftsmart_[First Name Last Name]
- Five9 Data center: Atlanta, GA
- If you pass, please reboot your router and make sure no one is slowing it down with online streaming, online gaming, etc.
- If you fail, please run the test again. If it still fails, please reboot your router. If that doesn’t work, we recommend purchasing a new router [we do not reimburse for this].
