After you sign up for a role, refresh the Shiftsmart app. You should see a new section under the Onboarding page for that specific role! Please follow the steps in that new onboarding section to continue your journey to working a shift, which include a more detailed application and virtual training session.
Not seeing the onboarding on the app? Try submitting your information on the role signup page again, and ensure you are using the correct email and phone number registered with your Shiftsmart account. Signing up with a different email and phone number will not cause the next steps to show on your app!
