If possible, we advise using Wi-Fi and not cellular data when uploading/updating your Shiftsmart account.
If you are still unable to upload your identification on the app, submit a support ticket by clicking here and choose the Topic "Uploading your ID". Include a clear photo attachment of your valid government issues ID, both front and back. One of our team members will update your account and reach out once completed.
Acceptable forms of ID are (non-expired) driver's license, state ID, passport or resident card.
