Please provide a color photo of the front and back when submitting a support ticket

- State issued ID card
- Resident permit ID / U.S Green Card
- Border crossing card
- Child ID card
- NYC card
- U.S. visa card
If possible, we advise using Wi-Fi and not cellular data when uploading/updating your Shiftsmart account.
All Shiftsmart Accounts will be verified by Stripe, our payment processing company.
