We change the status to “paid” as soon as your survey has been approved and we initiate the transfer of funds to your account. Once we initiate the transfer your bank still has to accept the transfer and push the funds to your account. This process can take up to 3 business days, so it might take a few days before the amount is reflected in your account.
Follow-up, if necessary: If you contact your bank they can verify that the transfer is pending and tell you when they will make the funds available in your account.
