If you receive this error, you may need to clear your cookies/cache in your web browser. To do so please follow these steps:
- At the top right corner of your Google Chrome browser, click the 3 dots stacked on top of each other
- Select 'Settings'
- Under 'Privacy & Security', select 'Clear Browsing Data'
- Using the dropdown box select 'All Time' and check all the boxes
- Select 'Clear Data'. This may take a few moments depending on when you last cleared this data.
- Once this is complete, close your browser window, restart your computer and login again
