If your screen is frozen, press F5 (Windows) to refresh your screen or use the refresh icon in your Google Chrome browser (it looks like a circle with an arrow and is located in the top left of your screen).
If that doesn't work, please follow these steps:
- Leave the queue
- Click 'Not Ready'
- Logout and close the browser completely
- Re-launch the interviewer website
- Reload the browser on the login screen using the refresh icon BEFORE you log back in
