To ensure you're receiving shifts and support it's important to keep your phone number up-to-date.
Updating your phone number is a simple process:
- Tap "Profile" at the bottom of the app
- Click the
in the upper right corner - Select "Update Personal Details" from the Settings section
- Enter your new phone number
- Click "Save Details"
If you are receiving an error message when trying to change the number, please submit a support ticket by clicking here, and include:
- Your full name
- Phone numbers (both old, and the new number you are looking to change to)
- Screenshot or description of error message
