Creating pools helps you easily manage all of your workers.
Very simply, pools are a group of workers. They can be delineated by location, availability, skill, or any criteria of your choice. They're fully customizable, and allow you to reach your workforce quickly and efficiently - returning valuable time to your day.
To get started, select Pools from the lefthand dashboard. Here you will see a snapshot of all of your worker pools.
Next, select Create a Pool at the top righthand corner.
Start by defining what criteria the pool should contain. You can select from:
- Partner Rating
- Shift Adherence
For example, if you select , all partners who have been tagged as "Reliable" will be eligible for this pool. Similarly, if you select 20m as your location radius, all partners who are tagged as "Reliable" and are located within a 20-mile radius of the shift location will be eligible for this pool. You can make your pools as specific or generic as you'd like!
Once you have defined your pool, select the blue Create a Pool icon and give it a descriptive name. Need to adjust your pool once it's been created? You can edit the pool whenever you need. Some simple adjustments that can be made:
- Click on a pool to view what workers live there
- Click the next to to the pool title to edit the pool name
- Select the to add a worker to the pool or the ellipsis next to the worker name to remove a worker from the pool
- Select the to filter for workers that have criteria specific for a particular shift.
