Badges and Tags are an additional tool to help organize your workforce. Frequently there is a lot of information that lives in a manager's head. Badges and tags seek to codify some of that knowledge.
Both badges and tags are fully customizable, so you can make exactly what makes sense for you and your team.
Badges are external facing (this means workers can see them when they look at their profile) and applied when certain criteria are met. For example, a worker would receive a "CPR Certified" badge after they upload their CPR certification and it is verified by a manager. These can be used to help organize your workforce, but are also milestones workers can strive for and work toward.
Tags are internal. Only managers/employees with access to the web application can see tags and can be used to mark important characteristics of your workers.
Creating a Tag
Click Partners on the lefthand dashboard and then search for the partner you would like to tag. Click the to the right of the worker's name. Select either a pre-existing tag to apply to the worker, or create a new one!
If you add a new tag, type the name of the tag, then click Add Tags. The new tag will now appear in the list of options. Click the new tag to apply it to the worker. You know it has been selected when it turns blue. When all of the appropriate tags have been selected click Apply Tags.
Removing a Tag
If you need to remove a tag from a worker, the process is very similar. Click Partners on the lefthand dashboard and then search for the partner you would like to remove a tag from. Click the to the right of the worker's name.
Any tags that are highlighted blue are currently applied to the worker. Simply click the tag again and it will turn gray, which means the tag is no longer associated with the worker. Click Apply Tags to save the change.
