As your completed shops are reviewed and accepted, they are bundled into payments and submitted to your account. You can see a history of payment for each mystery shop completed, including the amount and the date that we initiated the transfer. If you have any funds that are in transit to your account you can also see the expected date the funds will hit your account.
All payment status information is available in the app. Here is the easiest way to see it:
- Go to the "Profile" tab in the bottom navigation bar
- Click the gear in the upper right-hand corner
- Click "View Payment History"
- This tab lists all payments and your total earnings with Shiftsmart
- Pending funds and expected arrival date can be found at the top of the payment list
- If there is a problem with one of your payments, our team will work with you to fix it!
