Your work history has the latest information about all your shops. When your shop has not been approved, that means it is still pending a review, or that it has been flagged due to an issue.
If there is an issue, a member of the Shiftsmart team will reach out to gather more information or inform you of the status.
Here's how to find the work history tab:
- Go to the "Profile" tab in the bottom navigation bar
- Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner
- Click "See your work history with Shiftsmart" to see all of your shops with the most recent ones first.
- The approval status is the third line.
- If there is a problem with one of your shops, expect our team will reach out and help you fix it!
